We are not an official WAFID (formerly GAMCA) authority, nor are we affiliated with any GCC government or medical examination board. Our role is limited to assisting users with the online appointment process and ensuring they receive their official WAFID medical slip.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including valid passport numbers and identification details.
Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information.
Use the website and its services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any misuse of our platform, including providing fake data or attempting to manipulate the system, may lead to immediate service termination.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All payments made through our website are for appointment facilitation services only.
Once we submit your information to the official WAFID system and successfully generate your medical slip, no refund or cancellation will be provided.
Users are responsible for verifying all personal details before submission.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since we operate as an intermediary service, refunds are not applicable after the WAFID appointment slip is generated.
In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or failed submissions), refund requests may be reviewed upon written request to info@wafidmedicalreport.com within 24 hours of the transaction.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Wafid Medical Report does not guarantee:

Medical test outcomes or fitness results
Approval or rejection decisions by WAFID or any GCC embassy
Processing times or delays caused by official authorities, medical centers, or system errors

We simply facilitate the medical appointment process and are not responsible for any third-party actions, system delays, or government regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third-party websites. Users should review their respective Terms and Privacy Policies before proceeding.
