1. Nature of Our Service

Wafid Medical Report operates as an independent online agency that facilitates WAFID / GCC medical appointment bookings and medical slip generation for applicants traveling to Gulf countries.
We are not an official WAFID authority but assist users in obtaining their official medical appointment slips.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are approved only under specific conditions such as:

  • Duplicate payments (accidentally charged twice)
  • Technical errors during transaction or system failure
  • Incorrect charges made by mistake
  • Failure to generate WAFID slip due to internal or system errors

If any of the above applies, users are entitled to a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued once:

  • The applicant’s data has been submitted to the official WAFID system, and
  • The WAFID medical slip has been successfully generated.

Since our process begins immediately after payment, we are unable to cancel or reverse the service once submission occurs.

4. Refund Request Window

To qualify for a refund, users must contact us within one (1) hour of the transaction.
After this period, the data submission process is typically completed and refunds are no longer possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are always issued through the same payment method used during the original booking (e.g., card, bank transfer, or wallet).

7. Partial Refunds

If a refund request is made while processing is still underway but before submission to the official WAFID system, the user will receive a full refund — no deductions applied.

8. Cancellations

Once your data has been submitted and the WAFID medical slip is generated, cancellation is not possible. Please review your details carefully before final confirmation and payment.

9. Policy Updates

Wafid Medical Report reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
